Completed Program Cards Weeks 3 & 4/Review of Progress

Bodyfat has dropped over phase 1 while strength and muscle mass have increased. In week 4 there were 2 interval running sessions and 1 barbell complex conditioning session to further stimulate fat loss. Still following the IF eating plan most days of the week (16-8hr model) but trying to eat more on strength days during the 8 hour eating window to promote more muscle growth. Phase 2 starts next week where I will return back to the 65% 1RM 12 rep range training scheme. After week 1 of phase 2 (microcycle 2) I will review progress of strength etc.
