Cardio Conditioning - Thursday 17/10/13 - am

10 minute jog to warm up, 5 hill sprints, 1500m fartlek in 250m efforts at 3 speeds (jog, run, race pace), 5 min jog then 5 x 60m sprints (on the flat) then 6 minute run home. Total run time 38:30 minutes.
